Take a short break from the Platform without fully closing your account. A cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks can be requested at any time. During this period, you cannot deposit or wager, but your account data is preserved.
Self-Exclusion

How Each Tool Works
Navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR ceiling. The limit applies to all deposit methods on the Platform. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately. If you request an increase, a review and cooling-off period applies before the higher limit activates — this deliberate delay is a safety feature, not an administrative inconvenience.
A loss limit measures net losses over your chosen period — that is, total wagers placed minus total winnings returned. When your net loss reaches the configured threshold, the system prevents further wagering for the remainder of that period. The limit resets at the start of each new period (e.g., midnight on Monday for weekly limits). This is a hard ceiling, not a soft warning.
When your session time limit expires, any active game rounds are completed to their natural end (to avoid loss of a bet mid-round) and you are then logged out automatically. A summary of your session — duration, net result and next steps — is displayed. You can start a new session after a mandatory 15-minute break, or adjust your limit in Account Settings.
Cooling-off periods are available in the following durations: 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. During a cooling-off period, deposits and wagers are blocked but your account remains open. Your balance is preserved and withdrawals can still be requested. At the end of the period, access is restored automatically unless you request an extension or self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion locks your account for a minimum of 30 days. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and results in full account closure. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed, no deposits are accepted and PS777 will suppress all marketing communications to you. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the agreed end date are not actioned — this is an intentional protective measure. Any genuine balance at the time of exclusion is held safely and returned upon permanent closure following the applicable retention period.
