1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and PS777 (hereinafter referred to as "PS777", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the PS777 platform, available at ps777.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the PS777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. PS777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, matched deposit offer or other incentive made available to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds into a User's Account via an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification processes required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the PS777 website at ps777.cam, all associated pages, mobile interfaces and related services.
• "Promotional Offer" means any time-limited or standing offer presented on the Platform, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and referral schemes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account to an external payment method.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency of the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator or licence jurisdiction — to register an Account and use any part of the Platform. PS777 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. Age verification checks will be conducted as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. PS777 is not a licensed operator in Pakistan. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under any applicable law in your jurisdiction. PS777 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual User may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using different email addresses and device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate and current information at the time of registration. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, date of birth, residential address or identity documentation — voids this Agreement and entitles PS777 to suspend the Account and withhold any associated balance.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the Platform, including deposits, withdrawals and participation in promotional offers, Users must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a secure password and all other information requested at the time of sign-up. Incomplete registrations will have limited Platform access.

4.2 Identity Verification

PS777 operates a mandatory KYC programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Users will be required to submit acceptable identity documentation. Acceptable documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address dated within 90 days, and — where required — evidence of the payment method used for deposits. PS777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. PS777 will never request your password by email, live chat or telephone. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify PS777 immediately at [email protected] (plain text address — not a clickable link).

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. PS777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts and to close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable law. Users will be notified before any such action is taken.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Platform Availability

PS777 endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory compliance requirements or circumstances beyond PS777's reasonable control. PS777 accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.

5.2 Game Integrity & Fairness

All games available on the Platform utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live-streaming systems provided by third-party studio suppliers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages quoted on the Platform are illustrative examples based on studio-published figures and may vary under actual operator configurations. PS777 does not control game outcomes and bears no liability for individual game results.

5.3 Sports Betting Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform for cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports markets are provided for informational and wagering purposes only. Odds are subject to change without notice. Settlement of bets will follow the official result of the relevant event. In cases of dispute, the decision of PS777 — informed by applicable operator rules — is final.

5.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or bet placement, PS777 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the User's Account. PS777 is not liable for any perceived or actual loss of winnings arising from a verified technical malfunction.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on the Platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback schemes and referral rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated clearly on the relevant promotions page at the time the offer is presented. Illustrative PKR figures used in promotional descriptions (for example, "up to PKR 25,000") represent example maximum bonus values only and are not guaranteed for every user or deposit amount.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30×), meaning a User must place cumulative wagers equal to that multiple before a withdrawal request will be approved in respect of bonus-derived funds. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements — eligible game lists and contribution rates are stated on the relevant offer page.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry period, measured from the date the bonus is credited to the User's Account. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been met by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each individual promotional offer.

6.4 Abuse & Fraud Prevention

PS777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; collusion between users; use of automated betting software; or wagering patterns that exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent. Any determination of abuse is made at PS777's sole reasonable discretion.

7. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available at any given time are displayed in the Platform's live cashier. For the convenience of Pakistani users, the Platform references familiar local payment options including bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile-money services including Easypaisa and JazzCash, and interbank payment infrastructure Raast. These references are provided for familiarity context only. None of these providers endorse, approve or support gambling transactions, and PS777 makes no representation that they permit use of their services for online gambling purposes. Users must independently verify each provider's terms of service.

7.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated in the Platform's cashier in PKR. These minimums are subject to change without notice. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will be held until the threshold is reached.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are processed in accordance with the operator's standard processing schedule. PS777 makes no guarantee of specific withdrawal processing times, which may vary depending on the payment method, banking institution and any applicable regulatory review requirements.

7.4 Currency & Conversion

PKR is the primary display currency on the Platform. Where a User's transactions involve a different base currency, conversion will be applied at the rate used by the operator's payment processor at the time of the transaction. Exchange-rate fluctuations are not grounds for dispute or reversal of completed transactions.

7.5 Cryptocurrency

Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT or other accepted assets) are available, the PKR equivalent shown at deposit is illustrative and based on market rates at the time. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Users are responsible for ensuring they send funds to the correct wallet address and network. PS777 bears no liability for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• 8.1 Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• 8.2 Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity or financial information.
• 8.3 Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates human play or exploits game mechanics.
• 8.4 Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• 8.5 Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime, including but not limited to the layering of funds through repeated deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• 8.6 Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the Platform, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• 8.7 Attempting to access the accounts of other users, the Platform's administrative systems or any back-end infrastructure.
• 8.8 Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• 8.9 Posting or transmitting any content through Platform communication channels that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gambling

PS777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended as an entertainment activity and must never be used as a means of generating income, solving financial difficulties or recovering prior losses.

9.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off review period.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum net-loss thresholds per session, day or week.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations and receive on-screen reminders.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during active sessions displaying time elapsed and net session results.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (30 days minimum) or permanent account closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the stated exclusion period.

9.2 Minor Protection

PS777 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. Users with minor children in their household are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access the Platform through shared devices. Parental control tools and internet-filtering software are recommended for households with minors.

9.3 No Chasing Losses

PS777's marketing and CRM communications are designed to comply with responsible gambling standards. We do not specifically target users who have recently experienced losses with messages designed to encourage immediate re-deposit. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software code and interface design — is the intellectual property of PS777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution or republication of Platform content; reverse engineering or decompilation of any Platform software; or use of PS777's trademarks, logos or brand assets without express prior written consent.

Any content submitted by Users to the Platform — including support communications, feedback and any user-generated content — is provided on a non-confidential basis and may be used by PS777 for quality, compliance and improvement purposes.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. PS777 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from security vulnerabilities.

11.2 Gambling Risk Disclaimer

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. PS777 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited. Past results in any game or betting market are not indicative of future outcomes.

11.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PS777's total cumulative liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services

PS777 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, sports data providers or any other third party whose services are integrated into or referenced by the Platform. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiarity context only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement or service guarantee.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by PS777

PS777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; receipt of a regulatory or law-enforcement instruction; concerns regarding the User's identity or age; or any other circumstance that PS777 reasonably determines creates risk to the Platform, other users or third parties.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

A User may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where a User has an outstanding withdrawal request or unmet wagering requirement, the closure timeline may be extended accordingly. Account closure does not affect any liabilities that accrued prior to closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the User's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding genuine (non-bonus) balance in the Account will be processed for return to the User subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable regulatory hold periods. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, as stated in the Platform's applicable operator agreement. Where no specific governing law is stated in that agreement, the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malta, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall first be submitted to PS777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body designated by the applicable operator licence. Participation in the ADR process does not affect any statutory rights a User may have under applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

PS777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account no fewer than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last update, is always published on this page. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and notify PS777 of your wish to close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
